Refit on Demand + 250 Refit Workout Challenge

Hey y'all! Welcome back to faith & flair pens. I'm so happy you're here to read this post of mine. This summer I got back into working out- specifically with Refit on Demand. Then I really made my workouts a priority at the start of 2021 and challenged myself to 250 Refit workouts this year. I really wanted to talk about Refit and my workout challenge with y'all today! I want to share as much as I can about my experience with Refit on Demand. It's been really impactful for me so I thought it would be a really good thing for me to write about not only for my own joy but for inspiration and/or information for others too.

What is Refit on Demand?
Refit on Demand is the online portion of the company Refit Revolution. Refit Revolution is a fitness company/ studio out of Waco Texas that is primarily focused on cardio dance style workouts but they also have a few other workouts they've come out with called Total Tone, Rev + Flow, and HITT. They have a really positive and uplifting message about just moving your body and having fun while working out. I also think the workouts are good for both beginners and those more advanced because there's some difficulty but they show you how to modify if you need it. Refit on demand specifically is their online community/ login that has live workouts you can join in on but the weeks workout are also posted so that you can workout whenever you want. These workouts are $10 a month and with that you can also be part of the Facebook group that goes along with it.

How did I find Refit/ Refit on Demand?
I honestly don't know exactly how I found Refit. I've known about it for years and have seen their YouTube channel for years now. I had no idea that they had on demand until this year. I don't remember specifically where or how I found out about it but I know I didn't sign up right away. That's until COVID-19 hit and caused a lot closures. I knew for my health I needed to get back into working out but was really struggling to find something I liked to do at home. I had been a part of a gym but it was closed. Then after it opened again, I just didn't feel safe or comfortable going back.  I remembered Refit on Demand and even saw that they were giving the first month free to people who sign up (I'm not sure if they're still doing this but you can definitely check it out) so I went for it. I enjoyed it right away and knew it was something I really loved. Now I own merch and log into Refit on Demand almost daily.

My thoughts on Refit on Demand
Overall, I love it! I found something I like to do at home and it's been really great for me. The dance workouts are fun but challenging. It gives me a way to move my body and appreciate what it can do. The Rev + Flow classes give me a chance to challenge myself a little more than the dancing. The positivity really lifts my spirits as. I really recommend you check it out because it's been so worth it for me! I'm so glad I decided to give it a try! Now I'm a true Refit fan and a true at-home workout convert.

250 Refit Workout Challenge + how it came to be
As I was thinking about 2021, I knew I loved Refit on Demand and I knew I wanted to make working out a priority for my mental and physical health. I wanted to challenge myself, have a way to track my progress, and have fun with it. I decided I was going to set a year goal of 250 Refit workouts in 2021. I went with that number because it is in between 4/5 days a week for the whole year. I created a tracker and jumped in on January 1st. Then I decided that at every 50 work mark (50, 100, 150, 200, and 250.)- I will be sharing more about that in later blog posts! It has been great so far and I've really enjoyed it even though it hasn't always been easy to press play on a workout. It's something I know I will continue to work towards and grow in this year and I've seen the difference it has made for me this far.

I hope y'all enjoyed a look at Refit on Demand and my 250 Refit Workout challenge! Comment below any questions you may have so I can answer them. Let me know if you decide to try it out! I would love to heard what you think about it. Hope you have a great day!

XOXO
Faith
