Celebrating 50 Refit Workout!
Hey y'all! Welcome back to faith & flair pens. I'm so glad you're here reading this post! Today I wanted to share and celebrate with you all hitting 50 refit workouts so far in 2021! If you read my post a few weeks ago about Refit on Demand and my 250 workout challenge, then you know a little bit about this already. If you haven't read that blog post yet it is linked right (here) for ya! In that post I mentioned that every 50 workouts I wanted to reward myself with a little something. I thought it would be a fun way to keep up the motivation and enjoy the process even more. So today I'm going to share that reward and my thoughts/ feelings on the challenge so far.
On March 12th I hit 50 workouts so far this year! And my thoughts are this- I was so excited and so proud of myself! It felt so good to keep up with moving my body and pressing play on the Refit workout videos 50 times. I've had so much fun with it! It was so good to push through even when it was difficult or when I was tired. It's been a huge part of improving my mental health and building my life outside of work. I am so excited to continue working on this challenge as well. I have no idea if I'll really hit the 250 workouts this year, but no matter what I am proud of getting back into working work and working towards it none the less.
Now to the reward! Since I decided to reward myself after every 50 workouts, this time I ordered myself a Refit sweatshirt I've been wanting from their website! I had been wanting to order it for a while but it was a little pricey. Then it went on a small discount and I was worried it would sell out, so I decided to go for it and make it my first reward! And I am not disappointed! It's so cute, soft, and comfortable. I'm so glad it's now mine and have worn it multiple times since I've hit that little goal. I also highly recommend a reward for goals like this. It made it even more fun and more motivating to get the workouts done.
Thank you all for celebrating with me! Stay tuned for more updates and celebrations with my workout challenge!
XOXO
Faith
